Rare 30 button Wheatstone fingering C/G concertina, in excellent shape and tune. This instrument was made by Frank Edgley Concertinas from Southern Australian eucalyptus burl. This is a rare and expensive wood, and looks great with the rosewood trim. The owner cannot play due to health concerns and needs to part with this beauty. Spalted Maple

This is a recently completed instrument. The customer requested that I make it out of spalted maple. I added  trim of padauk to add  definition. This is a really unique instrument.....probably one of a kind anywhere, made by any maker. I believe that not only should your concertina sound and play well, but that it should also look good. A few years ago, we recovered a stolen concertina which was being advertised for sale on the internet because it was unique and easily identified.

I have also used spalted maple on the concertina pictured below. This is kingwood with spalted maple trim.....on the body as well as the handles.
